Company Overview EMLS, Inc is a dynamic leader in the Warehousing and Assembly industry with over 20 years of experience in Denton, TX. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support daily accounting operations and assist with administrative functions that keep our accounting department running smoothly. Responsibilities Enter financial data accurately into accounting software and maintain organized spreadsheets. Assist with invoice processing, bill payments, and expense tracking. Assist Controller with creating financial documents, weekly reports, and yearly financial audits. Process weekly customer billing and create weekly invoices. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Support office management tasks such as filing and maintaining records. Perform general clerical duties including data entry and maintaining office supplies. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry is essential. Experience using Sage or similar accounting software is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction capabilities; bilingual ability is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities simultaneously. High school diploma and 2+ years of office administration experience
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
