We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and ensuring financial records are accurate. Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping and general accounting support Enter and reconcile financial transactions accurately Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy Maintain organized financial and administrative records Support general office and administrative functions Assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required Experience with QuickBooks, , Xero, or similar accounting software is preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Honest and trustworthy Highly organized Detail-oriented A proactive problem solver Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Looking for a long-term career with a growing company Why Join Us?
