Overview:

ExecuSource is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support day-to-day AR operations, including payment processing, collections, and account reconciliation. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, reducing outstanding balances, and ensuring a smooth billing and payment process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in collections, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Record and apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Research and address billing and payment issues Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and other communication methods Support collections efforts to reduce outstanding balances and minimize bad debt Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to accounts receivable Maintain positive relationships through professional and timely communication

Qualifications:

3-5 years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High School Diploma or GED required (customer service experience is a plus)
