Primary Responsibilities:
Generate & send customer invoices Monitor accounts for overdue balances and follow up on outstanding payments as needed Apply payments to the customer accounts/invoices Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment issues Prepare aging reports Assist with ME/YE closing processes Qualifications 3+ (recent and consecutive) years' experience in A/R Professional verbal and written communication skills
