Accounting About the Role Warfab LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you'll manage the full cycle of vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Process incoming invoices, verifying accuracy and matching purchase orders and receiving documents Enter invoices into the accounting system and code to appropriate GL accounts Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation Assist with month-end close, including AP accruals and account reconciliations Monitor AP aging reports and flag past-due items Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Support annual 1099 preparation and audits as needed Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) Experience with Sage Intacct Bilingual preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of integrity and discretion with financial information What We Offer Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and professional development Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
