Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Accounting team. This position supports the billing process rather than performing customer billing directly. Issue invoice numbers, reconciling invoice logs, monitor aging, and coordinate closely with field personnel across construction projects. Strong AR expertise along with a working knowledge of general accounting and is comfortable supporting both percentage-of-completion and reimbursable/cost-plus contract types. Duties Issue and track invoice numbers for field and project personnel in support of the decentralized billing process Reconcile invoice logs across projects and business units to ensure accuracy, completeness, and visibility into unbilled items Research and resolve invoicing discrepancies, billing questions, cash application issues, and collection-related items prepare and send cash receipt notifications Support billing and reporting for both percentage-of-completion and reimbursable cost-plus contract types Documentation management ERP system/Audit assistance General accounting including account reconciliations and month-end close support Skills 4-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable with AR aging, customer billing support, invoice tracking, and collections follow-up General accounting principles, account reconciliations, and month-end close support Degree in related field preferred Experience in construction, engineering, or another project-based industry Percentage-of-completion and reimbursable cost-plus contract accounting preferred Join our team if you're passionate about leveraging your accounting expertise to drive financial success! Pay:

$70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
