Job Description:

Full Charge Bookkeeper - Hybrid in North Dallas Area Rapidly growing infrastructure company looking for a hands-on, ownership-minded Bookkeeper to support continued growth. This person will play an important role in maintaining accurate financials, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and helping strengthen processes as the business continues to scale.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities Handle AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, banking, and cash management Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reporting Support inventory and warehouse accounting Oversee 2 support staff

Requirements:

Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally within a product-based, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, or import/export environment Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and GAAP Experience with payroll systems Experience managing books for multiple entities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions Strong communication skills and ability to work with operations and executive leadership Experience working with external accountants, tax professionals, and banking institutions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
