Accounts Payable & Project Administration Coordinator 5G Monarch Construction Lubbock, TX Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $75,000 a year 21 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Spreadsheets Financial records management QuickBooks Full Job Description Position Summary The Accounts Payable & Project Administration Coordinator is responsible for supporting the financial and administrative operations of the organization. This role manages accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, coordinates project-related administrative tasks, and ensures accurate financial records while maintaining compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Process and review customer pay applications. Verify, process, and pay vendor invoices in a timely manner. Collect, organize, and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for subcontractors and vendors. Assist with project management by coordinating administrative and financial documentation. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented. Communicate with vendors, customers, and project teams to resolve payment and documentation issues. Support month-end accounting activities and other administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data organization. Experience using QuickBooks for accounting and financial recordkeeping. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior construction industry experience is preferred. Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or construction/project administration. Experience ordering construction materials and performing quantity takeoffs from plans Knowledge of project documentation and Certificates of Insurance (COIs). Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
