Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator provides general accounting support to the Accounting and Treasury Teams and is responsible for payment processing, reporting and the maintenance of files related to payables transactions As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will maintain general accounts receivable and bookkeeping reports, including filing Accounts Payable (AP) documentation and processing travel and expense checks You will issue checks and initiate wire transfers with proper approval, complete verbal confirmations of Automated Clearing House (ACH) and wire transfer instructions, and assist with first-of-the-month transfers and daily investment transaction confirmations You will review weekly cash flash reports to ensure accuracy, record all cash transactions, download and maintain bank statements, and provide transaction confirmations to the appropriate team Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
