Job Details Description What You'll Do Process credit card transactions and other customer payments accurately. Handle money responsibly and maintain complete payment records. Review outstanding customer balances and follow up on past-due invoices by phone and email. Document collection activity, customer responses, and payment commitments. Help resolve billing questions and payment discrepancies, coordinating with management when needed. Check in drivers and process paperwork related to deliveries and customer payments. Verify that delivery documents and payment information are complete and properly recorded. Organize and maintain accounts receivable records and supporting paperwork. Protect confidential customer and payment information. Follow company procedures for payment handling, collections, and recordkeeping. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and money. Clear, professional phone and email communication. Good organization and the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities. Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and spreadsheets. Ability to follow up consistently while maintaining positive customer relationships. Ability to work independently and cooperate with customers, drivers, and team members. Previous accounts receivable, collections, payment processing, or related office experience preferred. Wholesale or distribution experience is a plus. Work Environment This position works at a wholesale tire facility and regularly communicates with customers, drivers, and facility personnel.
