In this role, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring accurate billing and collection tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong foundation in accounting systems and software, this opportunity is perfect for you! Responsibilities Process and work order tickets using various billing software and accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, Open Ticket/Open Invoice, ISS, and Ariba to ensure timely billing cycles-EXPERIENCED

Manage collections accounts by following up on overdue invoices through professional client communication Perform data entry tasks with precision, including updating spreadsheets Experience Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within accounting Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online Proficiency in Excel data analysis, formulas, spreadsheets, and 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry Excellent communication skills for client interaction and professional phone etiquette Ability to analyze financial data accurately using Excel formulas and perform account analysis with attention to detail Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values precision, proactive problem-solving, and excellent service.
