This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will work on-site Monday through Thursday, with the potential for a hybrid schedule upon conversion to permanent employment. This position is ideal for an experienced AP professional who thrives in a high-volume, multi-location environment, works with urgency, and can effectively manage competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy.

Required:

3+ years of Accounts Payable experience within a multi-location organization High-volume invoice processing experience, including accurate GL coding Hands-on vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancy resolution experience Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP Demonstrated job stability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
