Vintage Woodworks, Inc. is a family owned national e-commerce retail company selling our architectural products all over the U.S. and Canada. We have been in Quinlan for 48 years and never a layoff! Visit our online Store and see what we do! www.vintagewoodworks.com Our Customer Representative will be expected to provide product & service information to the customer. Need to be genuinely excited to help the customer and be patient & communicative. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. We provide on the job training. Our Accounting position requires experience in Procurement and Inventory Management. Pay will be determined by your abilities & experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls. Process incoming online and phone orders. Identify & access customers needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid & complete customer information using our provided methods & tools. Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions & follow up to ensure resolution. Go the extra mile to engage the customer. Follow procedures, guidelines & policies. Must be a team player.
Skills Required:
Phone and email proficiency with customers including proper grammar and sentence structure. Good communication and listening skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time effectively. Office etiquette essential. High School Degree or job experience equivalent.
