The ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including processing and recording vendor invoices Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including customer invoices and payments Prepare, issue, and track invoices Reconcile customer and vendor payments with accounting records Process and maintain payroll records (100+ employees) Assist with monthly financial reporting and other accounting tasks as needed Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience working with vendors and subcontractors Qualifications Proven experience with office management, clerical work, or administrative support in a professional setting. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), data entry, spreadsheets, and productivity software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and customer support experience. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field
Compensation:
$45,000-$48,000 depending on the experience.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
