Location:

San Antonio, TX - Fully onsite Key Responsibilities Review invoices for proper information, coding, and approval. Enter and process invoices through the company's invoice processing system. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and missing information. Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoice issues. Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation. Follow established AP procedures and meet processing deadlines. Learn and take on increasingly complex invoices and transactions as training progresses. Assist the AP team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience. High-volume invoice processing experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
