Insurance Coordinator - Join Our Dental Family! Are you detail-oriented, organized, and love helping people? Our dental team is looking for a friendly and reliable Insurance Coordinator to join us! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for helping patients understand their insurance benefits and making sure claims are handled smoothly. You'll verify insurance, submit claims, follow up with insurance companies, and keep everything running on track so our patients can focus on their smiles—not their paperwork.
What You'll Do:
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits before visits Submit claims accurately and on time Follow up on outstanding or denied claims until resolved Post insurance payments and adjustments Help patients understand their insurance and out-of-pocket costs Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience with dental insurance coordination (preferred) Strong knowledge of insurance verification, claims, and billing Great communication skills with patients and insurance reps Detail-oriented, organized, and a true team player Someone who enjoys helping patients make the most of their insurance benefits
