Automotive Dealership Location:
DeMontrond Automotive - The Woodlands, TX About Us Family-owned since 1953, DeMontrond Automotive Group is known for integrity, transparency, and exceptional service. We're looking for a detail-oriented Payables Clerk to join our Accounting team. Key Responsibilities Process and enter vendor invoices Match invoices with purchase orders/receiving docs Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, etc.) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues Maintain accurate records and support month-end close Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred 1-2 years AP or accounting experience (dealership experience a plus) Proficiency with Excel; CDK experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Why DeMontrond?
