Job Duties Include:

Working all denied

COMMERCIAL

insurance claims over 14 days

EXCLUDING

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Appeals, reconsiderations, and insurance overpayment. Compensation. Work all denied claims and any appeals. Check Status of Claims. Use all measures available to check status of claims. Form Completion. Complete and process any paperwork.

Follow-up:

Checking status of non-payment claims over 30 days old. Correcting errors and re-billing claims, as needed. Be available for additional questions and queries from other TEAM members.
