Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries related to financing and loans, manage accounts receivable, ensure timely collection of payments, and collaborate with sales representatives on contract procedures to maximize cash flow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Communication:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with financing and loan-related questions. Provide accurate information regarding payment plans, loan terms, and financing options. Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Accounts Receivable & Collections:

Implement collection strategies to reduce past-due accounts and improve cash flow. Process payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.

Financial Operations & Cash Flow Management:

Assist in processing financing applications by verifying required documentation. Work to optimize cash flow through proactive management of receivables and payments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.

Sales & Contract Support:

Work closely with sales representatives to ensure proper contract procedures are followed. Review financing agreements for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation as needed.

Administrative & Compliance Duties:

Maintain organized records of customer transactions, financing agreements, and collections efforts. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Support finance and accounting teams with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, customer service, or a related role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in financial software, accounting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with financing and loan processes is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
