Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Processor to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will support our advisors by preparing account paperwork and following up account openings to ensure timely completion. If you are organized, reliable and looking to build a career in financial services in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This is a part-time, in-office role stationed in Orem, Utah.

Your Impact:

Account Processing:

Draft, review and submit account opening paperwork, ensuring all forms are complete and accurate before submission.

Follow Up:

Track and follow up on pending accounting openings, coordinating with custodians and internal teams to resolve outstanding items.

Documentation:

Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Quality Control:

Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards before submission.

Team Support:

Assist advisors and service teams with administrative tasks related to account setup and maintenance as needed.

Who You Are:

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently A reliable communicator who follows through on outstanding items No prior financial services experience required
