What You'll Do As a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You'll help ensure invoices are accurate, vendors are supported, and payments are processed on time.
Key responsibilities include:
Review, code, and enter invoices for payment Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships Audit and process company credit card expenses Process check requests and ensure timely payments Assist with month-end closing activities Maintain organized and accurate financial records Provide support for audits and reporting needs Partner with the finance team to meet department goals What You Bring We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working with numbers and systems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience (AP experience preferred) Strong data entry and computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Nice to
