We're a second-generation family business working with the top custom home builders and designers in the state, and we're in the middle of a real growth chapter. As we modernize our systems and scale up, we need a sharp, organized bookkeeper who can keep our financials running clean while we focus on growing the business. The role This is a hands-on bookkeeping seat with real responsibility. You'll own our day-to-day finances in QuickBooks Online, manage accounts payable, pay vendor invoices on time, reconcile accounts, track expenses, and support invoicing and payment processing. You'll work closely with our team on job costs, vendor bills, and customer payments, and you'll help us tighten the systems and processes we use to keep everything organized. As we grow, this role grows with us. Who we're looking for You're confident in QuickBooks Online, strong with numbers, and the kind of person who notices when something doesn't add up. You're organized, dependable, and good at keeping multiple moving parts on track without losing the details. You pick up new systems quickly, communicate clearly, and follow through without being chased. You take pride in clean books and a well-run back office. Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred.
