This position will be part-time working mornings Monday-Friday approximately 20-25 hours per week. We are looking for an individual to help with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. This position will support the accounting team by organizing financial documents, processing invoices, and providing general assistance as needed. Scan and electronically attach copies of accounting documents to client files Review documents to ensure they are properly labeled, filed, and associated with the correct client record Process and pay invoices in accordance with established procedures and authorization requirements Maintain confidentiality of client financial and personal information Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks Follow established office, accounting, and document-management procedures Experience in accounting with working knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred Display impeccable time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Exhibit strong attention to detail and organization skills Able to accurately handle financial documents Demonstrate good interpersonal and professional communication skills Must be reliable and have a dependable work ethic Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel and Word Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
