Position:
We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our corporate office in Sandy, UT. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, solving problems, and communicating with customers and team members. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, follows through on responsibilities, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Process and maintain customer accounts and payments Post and reconcile payments accurately Review account balances and assist with account inquiries Follow up on outstanding invoices and past-due balances Communicate professionally with customers regarding account questions and payments Research and resolve account discrepancies Assist with invoicing and other accounting-related tasks Maintain accurate records and documentation Work closely with internal teams to resolve account issues Assist with additional duties as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with numbers and financial information Comfortable communicating with customers and team members Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Able to listen carefully, follow instructions as explained, and complete tasks accurately Quick to learn and willing to take on new responsibilities Able to work independently while also working well with others Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience & Training:
