Overview Walder Foundation Products (WFP) is looking for a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This position is an important part of our accounting operations and requires someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and follows through on responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, can manage multiple priorities, and understands the importance of accuracy and confidentiality when handling financial information. Responsibilities Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Enter invoices, payments, credits, and other financial transactions accurately Review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval Prepare and process customer invoices and statements Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account balances Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts Assist with vendor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies Reconcile credit card and other financial transactions Maintain organized and accurate accounting records Assist with check preparation, deposits, and other daily accounting duties Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff regarding account questions Assist with month-end accounting activities and reporting Maintain confidentiality of company and customer financial information Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience required Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred Strong computer and data-entry skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while also being part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join WFP? Pay:
$25.48 - $30.69 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
