Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial statements. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities Conduct thorough account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. Perform cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and forecast future cash needs. Assist in the preparation of financial audits by providing necessary documentation and support. Maintain general ledger accounting by recording all transactions accurately and timely. Qualifications Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on account analysis. Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including cash flow analysis and general ledger accounting. Familiarity with financial auditing processes is preferred. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential. Oracle NetSuite experience preferred. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
