PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Join Our Team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation Prepare and process payments to vendors Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate accounts payable records Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments Assist with month-end closing procedures Maintain organized files and documentation Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Good communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
