As a senior member of the AP team, you will manage complex payment exceptions, drive vendor statement reconciliations, monitor critical aging reports, and analyze data to streamline core AP processes. Key Responsibilities Complex Issue Resolution & Escalations:

Serve as the primary escalation lead for complex invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining solid supplier relationships.

ERP Exception & Workflow Management:

Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, system workflow errors, and posting issues within our ERP system.

Vendor Reconciliations & Aging Oversight:

Review and reconcile key vendor statements, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions. Monitor AP aging reports and critical supplier accounts to ensure timely payments and prevent business disruption.

Payment Processing & Validation:

Support payment run validations, including reviewing exception reports and executing payment reconciliation activities.
