About the Role Judy Duran State Farm is looking for a part-time Account Assistant to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers and keep the office running smoothly. This is a great entry point into the insurance industry for someone who may want to pursue licensing down the road, no license required to start, and bilingual is a plus but not required. What You'll Do Greet customers and answer incoming calls with a warm, professional tone Schedule appointments and manage the agent's calendar Assist licensed agents with policy documentation, filing, and data entry Help process routine service requests, payments, and endorsements under agent supervision Keep the CRM and customer records accurate and up to date Support light outreach tasks such as appointment reminders and follow-up calls Provide a great first impression for every customer who calls or walks in What We're Looking For Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer / data-entry tasks No insurance license required Reliable and punctual Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Compensation & Schedule $20-$22/hour, part-time 20-25 hours/week
