Job Description

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized person to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming payments and monitoring customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, related AR experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
Daily Payment Processing EFT Posting Credit Card Processing Account reconciliation Invoicing/Statements Daily and Monthly reporting
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable with a positive attitude. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Starting pay: $18.00 per hour. Higher starting rates may be considered based on relevant experience, certifications, and qualifications.
