(REIN) is growing! Come join our dynamic team! We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Accounting Generalist to join our accounting team. In this vital role, you will oversee the processing of invoices, provide member support to include answering phone calls and emails regarding account support in a timely and professional manner, process check and credit card payments, process quarterly billing to membership, ensure compliance with financial policies, and maintain accurate records within our accounting systems. Your expertise will help streamline accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, support financial accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills in financial software, data entry, and accounting principles will make a meaningful impact. Experience Associates Degree in related field is preferred. Experience with Positive Pay, audits, tax reporting, and 1099 filings. Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related accounting roles within a corporate or public accounting environment. Minimum 2 year's experience is required and is non-negotiable. Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as Sage or similar financial software platforms. Membership based organization software (such as Growth Zone) experience is a plus. Familiarity with financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries and general ledger reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—with an emphasis in Excel—for data analysis, spreadsheet management, and report generation. Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation tasks accurately using 10-key typing skills and attention to detail. Excellent analysis skills for identifying discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently in accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.
