You'll play a key role in improving efficiency, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the company's financial operations. Key Responsibilities
+ Process invoices accurately and efficiently, handling 200+ invoices per week
+ Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Receiving teams to resolve discrepancies
+ Investigate payment delays and errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
+ Build and maintain positive vendor relationships
+ Drive process improvements and recommend system enhancements
+ Manage corporate credit card administration, including setup, monitoring, statement review, and fraud prevention
+ Support travel and expense policy compliance and reimbursement processing
+ Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations related to accounts payable
+ Assist with external audits and financial reporting activities
+ Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including annual 1099 filings What We're Looking For + 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
+ Experience working in a high-growth, technology-driven environment
+ Hands-on experience with Tipalti and/or Ramp
+ Proven ability to manage high-volume invoice processing (200+ invoices weekly)
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
+ Process-improvement mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Work Environment This is a 100% onsite position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
