Your main tasks will be processing and auditing invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of accounting experience and a bachelor's degree. The role does entail a lot of detailed work so this candidate must be detail oriented and be comfortable working with large data sets. The team will provide training, but this will be a fully onsite role for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:

Processing and entering in invoices Auditing invoices and reconciling to the contract terms Processing payments and posting to the correct accounts Updating and reconciling vendor accounts Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field At least a year of accounts payable experience High attention to detail Professional communication skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables)

Employment Details:

Temporary for six months Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Hybrid after training in the Issaquah, WA office

Pay Details:
