Responsibilities Maintain and update AP Aging reports Accurately code and enter invoices Research and reconcile vendor statements Process disbursements Electronically file paid invoices Assist with month-end closing tasks Prepare various reports Set-up and maintain vendor records Conduct research, problem solve, and respond to queries Collaborate with teams across multiple companies Qualifications Experience or knowledge of Accounts Payable Knowledge of accounting principles Knowledge of GAAP is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to quickly learn new software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay:

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
