This position is primarily responsible for revenue accounting, reconciliation, and related financial transactions. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage customer accounts and incoming payments
- Generate and send invoices to clients and partners
- Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and airline policies
- Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting work
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with airline industry billing practices is a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is preferred Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Benefits
- Monthly income is calculated based on hours worked and the applicable hourly rate
- 401K, the Company will match the minimum of 2% up to 3%
