In this role, you'll help maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, support accounts payable and receivable activities, and ensure financial information is recorded accurately and efficiently.
Starting Pay Range:
$24.50 - $27.35 per hour
Regular Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm What You'll Do Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities by processing account payable transactions, maintaining financial records, and supporting accounts receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate financial processing. Maintain accurate financial data by recording transactions, preparing reconciliations, reviewing account activity, and assisting with reporting schedules and supporting documentation. Coordinate with vendors and team members to resolve invoice, payment, and account-related questions while supporting efficient financial operations and positive business relationships. Support financial accuracy and compliance by maintaining organized records, identifying discrepancies, assisting with regulatory and tax documentation, and contributing to strong internal controls. Contribute to departmental efficiency and continuous improvement by assisting with projects, supporting audits and reporting needs, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, or related accounting functions. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial recordkeeping practices, and reconciliation processes. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field. Experience supporting budgeting activities, audits, and internal control processes. Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Skills for Success Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
