Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and accounts payable tasks. Must be a reliable and hard-working self-starter with great communication skills. Must have construction accounting experience. Responsibilities for an Office Clerk include, but are not limited to, the following:

Accounts Payable:

Entering invoices, processing checks, requesting lien releases, tracking vendor billings

Credit Card Statements:

Gather receipts and enter information in accounting system

Project Support:

Typing subcontract documents, updating Excel spreadsheets, coordinating paperwork with vendors, entering change orders

Administrative Duties:

Answering telephones, sorting mail/deliveries, ordering office supplies

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel Must have some experience with accounts payable Must possess great verbal and written communication skills Experience with Construction accounting Office is located in Spokane Valley, WA.
