ASAP We are seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounting Specialist for an immediate short-term temporary assignment with an established manufacturing organization in Tukwila, WA. This position will provide additional accounting support while members of the finance team are on leave. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in accounts receivable and general accounting who enjoys working with Excel and can quickly step into a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Support day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing and payment application Perform account reconciliations and assist with customer account inquiries Support credit holds, credit card processing, and basic credit reviews Assist with month-end close , account reconciliations, and journal entries Work with and reconcile financial data using Excel Support special accounting projects as needed Collaborate with accounting and operational teams What We're Looking For 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Previous reconciliation and journal entry experience Exposure to fixed/capital assets preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excel Skills Are Important A significant portion of this role relies on Excel.

Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP SUMIF/SUMIFS
