Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in accounts payable invoice processing 1 year of basic payroll processing through ADP Must have experience working in manufacturing, e-commerce, or distribution industry Experience with three-way matching, reconciliations, and journal entries Knowledge of month-end close, accruals, and prepaid schedules Inventory and cost accounting experience preferred Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting functions. This role will be responsible for three-way matching, payroll processing support, account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close activities, and inventory and cost tracking. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matching (POs, receipts, and invoices). Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records. Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. Support month-end close, including accruals and prepaid expense tracking. Monitor inventory transactions and assist with cost tracking and analysis. Research and resolve discrepancies related to AP, payroll, and GL accounts. Assist with financial reporting, audits, and process improvements. Perform other accounting duties as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Vancouver, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
