CHCW is looking for an AP/AR Specialist to join our Accounting team and play an important role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. At CHCW, your work matters. As a member of our Accounting team, you'll help support the financial processes that keep our organization running effectively. This is an opportunity to bring your accounting skills to a team-oriented environment where accuracy, integrity, collaboration, and dependable service are valued. In this role, you'll help ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time, vendor accounts are maintained, financial transactions are properly recorded, and accounting records remain organized and up to date. You'll also work closely with the Accounting team to support month-end close, audits, reconciliations, and other important financial activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED is required. AA in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, or related experience is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures and the ability to reconcile accounts and research discrepancies is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is required. Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU). Pre-employment drug screen is required

Salary:
