Medical, Dental, Vision and 40lk for eligible employees About the Role We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This is an entry-level, data-focused accounting position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computers and data. Candidates with strong data entry, administrative, or computer experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Process incoming invoices received by mail and email in the company's document management system. Apply the appropriate location and department for invoice distribution. Process invoices for payment. Enter non-PO invoices manually using assigned G/L codes. Perform electronic 3-way PO invoice matching within the business system. Review monthly statements as time permits. Complete additional accounting tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or A/P Lead. Maintain accuracy and organization while processing a high volume of data. Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Good organizational skills. Comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume data entry. Ability to work independently for extended periods. Basic Windows-based computer skills. Basic Microsoft Excel skills. Comfortable working in a computer-based ERP/business system environment. #AO9
