Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to support our team in various administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in financial software and accounting practices, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records, assisting with financial reporting, and providing overall administrative support. Duties Manage daily sales reports and banking. Assist with financial documentation, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliation. Utilize QuickBooks for account analysis and reporting. Prepare financial reports and assist in tax preparation processes. Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Support the team in technical accounting functions as needed. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications Proficiency in financial software, particularly QuickBooks. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including account analysis and general ledger reconciliation. Experience with tax preparation is required. Excellent 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry. Ability to write clear and concise financial reports. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is a plus.
