The AR/Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, following up on outstanding balances, resolving payment issues, and helping ensure timely payment. Key Responsibilities Lead B2B collections efforts, monitoring aging and proactively following up on past-due invoices to improve cash flow and reduce DSO Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment status, billing questions, and invoice discrepancies Apply customer payments, maintain accurate AR records, and resolve account discrepancies Support billing activities, including customer invoicing, credits, rebills, and account maintenance Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and other accounting projects as needed Qualifications 1-5+ years of B2B accounts receivable and/or collections experience Strong understanding of AR aging, collections, cash application, and customer account reconciliation Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience working with an ERP system is preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Ready to Take the Next Step?
