Little Chute, Wisconsin Accounting Specialist - Temporary Are you an organized professional with a strong background in accounting and administrative support? We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist for an immediate temporary role in Little Chute, WI. This pivotal position offers the opportunity to provide essential coverage during a maternity leave, ensuring smooth financial operations and administrative functions while gaining valuable experience within a dynamic team. In this role, you will support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, reconcile vendor and credit card statements, and assist with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be eager to learn new systems, including our ERP platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (training provided). Your proactive approach and adaptability will help maintain continuity and support our office operations during this transitional period.
Wage:
22.00-24.00 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support activities Process and reconcile monthly vendor and credit card statements Perform general administrative duties as needed Support office operations and contribute to a team-oriented environment Learn and utilize macro-based processes under designated supervision Develop proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (training provided)
Required Skills:
Strong administrative background Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn new software and processes quickly Effective communication skills Ability to commit to a 6 month assignment Nice to
Have Skills:
Previous experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Knowledge of macro-based processes Prior administrative or finance support experience in a manufacturing or corporate setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
