A/R Focus Processing customer payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Set up new customer accounts utilizing current ERP, CRM and Sales Tax databases A/P Focus Linking documents in SAP HES packing lists EFS and HES invoices Imaging and linking EFS and HES payment advices in SAP (onsite) Scanning ETC payment advices into OnBase (onsite) Posting HES freight invoices in SAP Auditing travel and expense reports in OnBase G/L Focus Posting journal entries into SAP Legal Focus Uploading, filing, organizing and routing documents for authorized signature after legal department reviewAdditional Responsibilities:
Ordering and maintaining office supplies for the department Shredding Coordinating department lunches Other duties as assigned Special projects and requests are requested in a timely and positive fashionMinimum Qualifications:
2-4 years previous job-related experience Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks without general supervision. Computer skills required (Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Windows) Experience with SAP preferred Proficient data entry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to professionally handle confidential and proprietary informationSimilar jobs in Middleton, WI
