Job Description
PRO PRODUCTS LLC JOB PROFILE
ACCOUNTING CLERK Position Purpose:
- Perform office functions relating to manufacturing and production, customer service, accounting, and other business requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Support customers with order status, quality, and accounting information.
- Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ Cash Application
- Entry and processing.
- Human Resource documentation management assistance.
- Job Costing
- Perform job costing for jobs prescribed by management.
- Respond to electronic, voice, and written communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate actively in production meetings by maintaining/creating meeting agendas and minutes with Operations Manager.
- Maintain ISO Standard, quality policy and objectives.
- Assist with recommendations for policy and procedure.
- Perform other related functions and perform duties and projects on an as needed basis.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Portals
- Retrieve and acknowledge PO's, process change orders with the assistance of production team members, provide advanced shipment notices, retrieve and distribute pertinent information.
- Data Reconciliation/Traveler Completion
- Extract information from travelers and enter in JobBOSS for repeat jobs.
- Document Management
- Maintain electronic and paper files (Master Parts List, Accounting Files, Production Files)
- Order Entry
- Enter orders into JobBOSS and create shop paperwork.
- Quote Entry
- Enter quotes into JobBOSS and transmit to customer.
- Quality
- Assist with the completion of quality documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Advanced computer skill utilizing Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or similar accounting software, JobBOSS or similar manufacturing software.
- Effective communications skills-written and verbal.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and accounting practices required.

$24.00- $26.
