RESPONSIBILITIES
This position requires accounting knowledge and analytical skills. Our bookkeepers provide a wide array of services for our clients including: Bank account reconciliations Payroll preparation and reports Sales tax returns Manage client depreciation schedules Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Generate adjusting journal entries Assist with various projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bookkeeping skills Office/clerical experience Attention to detail High level of professionalism Ability to manage multiple tasks with various deadlines Good Communication
ADDITIONAL HELPFUL QUALIFICATIONS
Quick Books experience Bookkeeping degree Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook Experience with payroll processing and reporting Experience with sales tax reporting
