Performs advanced data entry into multiple accounting systems.
Reviews and validates data entries.
Performs complex account reconciliations.
Utilizes and analyzes data reporting.
Drafts and creates standard operating procedures and workflows.
Works with internal customers and vendors to resolve questions and problems.
Prioritize invoices to meet payment deadlines and take advantage of discounts. Performs higher level projects as assigned.
Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.

What You'll Do:
Performs transactional AP entries.Performs advanced data entry into multiple accounting systems.
Reviews and validates data entries.
Performs complex account reconciliations.
Utilizes and analyzes data reporting.
Drafts and creates standard operating procedures and workflows.
Works with internal customers and vendors to resolve questions and problems.

What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities A high school diploma and two (2) or more years of experience in an accounting environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Understanding of accounting principles. Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, computer reports and accounts receivable or accounts payable reports. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications. Understanding of basic database programs. Ability to use 10-key by touch. Additional Eligibility Qualifications English language fluency, verbal and written.Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
