Accounts Receivable Assistant I Temporary Assignment | 90-180 Days | $18.00-$21.00/Hour Adecco Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant I for a temporary assignment. This position is expected to be a minimum 90-day assignment, with the potential to extend up to 180 days based on business needs and performance. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with basic computer skills who is comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, data entry, and general administrative tasks . Key Responsibilities Perform accounting data entry, accounts receivable transactions, reconciliations, and basic reporting. Validate accounting data and ensure entries are accurate, properly supported, and compliant with established controls and procedures. Collaborate with operations and internal teams to complete accounting processes efficiently and accurately. Provide general administrative support, including processing mail, preparing professional correspondence, and scanning and organizing documents. Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures and internal controls. Assist with other basic accounting and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook . Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of accounting or accounts receivable is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with supervisors and operations. Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
Compensation & Assignment Pay:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour , depending on experience.
Assignment length:
Minimum 90 days, with potential for up to 180 days. Temporary position through Adecco Staffing.
Pay Details:
