  • Hunt Team Reports to: Hunt Brokerage Operations Team Job Purpose The purpose of this position is to support the Brokers in the selling and leasing of properties.
Primary Responsibilities and Functions Uphold Company Vision and Values Assist with creating Purchase Contracts, Leases, and Listing Agreements for assigned Hunt Brokers Prepare market research (CoStar property searches, Comp reports/aerials, etc.) Update Dealius (Sage's brokerage management platform) with leads and deals, as well as creating invoices and commission due statements for closed transactions Manage sales and lease files for brokers Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and brokers, providing detailed information on available space, building amenities, and leasing opportunities Track sale deals once under contract, including updating Dealius, creating critical dates, calendar reminders, and communicating with title company and clients Assist brokers with returning prospect calls/emails and scheduling property tours Assist in Maintaining Databases
  • Understanding of general systems to update, add/remove and track listings from multiple listing systems such as Dealius, CoStar/LoopNet, MLS, CREXi, etc.
